Non-rectangular pad foundations are now supported by using the longest edge direction for rotation
Fixed: -Pad rotation -Direction vector length
Migrated methods to Geometry_Engine: -IsRectangle -LongestEdgeDirection
-Rectangular pad family lookup by EndsWith()
